You can sign up to volunteer for our year-round 1) programs for medically complex youth and their families and/or 2) community events that raise awareness and support for our work.

Our Mission:To improve access to healthcare and the quality of life for youth with disabilities through team care, psychosocial support, advocacy and capacity-building

December 6 Activity Kit Workshop

ConnectMed sends curated Activity Kits to families who register for our virtual camp events. Join us on December 6 to assemble and pack Kits, and spread some holiday joy & cheer, to virtual participants of our December 15 event! Location TBD

Spread lots of holiday cheer with this festive day that incorporates team activities, movement, holiday crafts & games and lots of treats!

Volunteers needed for helping with activity stations, group games, arts & crafts, and setup/cleanup.

Community events allow us to raise awareness and support for the work we do, and to share information about disability awareness and inclusion.
